Walk-ins and changes

Walk-ins are welcome during open hours. If you booked a chair, tell us when you can't make it so someone else can have it.

Needles and cleanliness

Needles are sterile and used once. Hands and skin are cleaned before each placement, and used needles go in a sharps container.

Quiet and scents

Phones on silent, voices low, and no strong perfume or cologne.

Access

Entrance, room and bathroom are on one level. Tell us what would make your visit easier and we will plan around it.

Kids and teens

Under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who stays in the room.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
