The recliner room
One room, several chairs, one quiet rule
Everyone rests in the same room. We keep it quiet and warm, and we keep the lights soft.
You choose a chair and a blanket. Needles go in at your hands, forearms, lower legs and feet, so nobody undresses and nobody is on display. People rest, read quietly or sleep. Your acupuncturist checks on you and is never far away.

A few things to know
Quiet
Please keep phones on silent and voices low. Step into the hall for a call.
Scents
We don't burn anything, and we ask you to skip strong perfume or cologne.
Blankets
Wool and cotton throws are in every chair. Ask for another if you run cold.
Getting up
Raise the chair slowly and sit for a moment before you stand.
Kids and teens
Under 18 is welcome with a parent or guardian in the room.
Moving around
The room, the bathroom and the entrance are on one level. Tell us what makes sitting easier.
Stop in and see it
Open weekday afternoons, Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Saturday mornings.
